I really enjoy looking at your recipes. Whenever you have any steamed cakes, I will be very interested.

Can you please share this recipe and also the Steamed gold butter cake and steamed brownies.

As for the swiss rolls, why are they all so smooth on top. Did you roll it the other way instead of the baked top? Normally the top will be brownish. Can you share some of the swiss rolls recipes too?

Sometimes I roll the skin out and sometimes I roll the skin in.

For the cream cheese swiss roll, I rolled the skin inside.
