  5. Hi, Your steamed cupcakes looked well-cooked and fluffy. I find that the bottom of of my cupcakes are still wet (uncooked) after steaming for the required time. I put the paper cases in the metal cups to hold it shape when steaming. I am wondering if you use a metal cups to hold your paper cases. Thanks.
