I have try to made the Chocolate Mint Torte but the topping is become harder not like your so soft.I pour the topping then put for chill for 2hrs and the chocolate become harder also bitter.Can you tell what is the problem?what brand of chocolate you useing?

Hi Lilian,

mmmmm....I'm not too sure where you went wrong. This recipe is from Alex Goh's new book and I made it with no problem at all. Could it be your chocolates? What brand are you using? What cream are you using?
