  11. 18th July was my birthday, but my cake is not as beautiful as this... mine was a choc mousse cake, but somehow the mousse melted quickly. Aunty,one sheet of gelatine sheet is = how many g of Gelatine powder? and i need how much water to dessolve the gelatine powder? your durian mousse cake recipe needs 4 sheet of gelatine, so i was wondering.Thanks
