Nice piece...what is the red looking stuff? Is that some kind of jelly?

Btw, just to inform you last weekend i tried the durian cheese cake recipe and it was heaven! So yummy....is has the combination taste of cake + ice cream. The only setback is that i dont get the neat and clean looking slice as yours. Now that it's durian season here, i will definitely do it again. Thank you so much for posting the recipe!

how come your egg tart sink? Maybe your eggs are not fresh enough. egg custard sink??? how ?? I've not seen egg custard sink. Do you mean the egg custard you pour in disappeared?

i'm not too sure what happened. the egg custard just dont seem to be level.. there's still egg custard but its kind of hollow..

Did you bake at 160C? and please do not overbake the tarts.
