Lucy,
What a wonderful way of using this mould!
Didn't think of it before.

Hi Lucy,

I have a question about using those silicone cupcake mold.

I observed that the cupcakes are slightly deflated (sunk in) as compared to those baked in regular cupcake mold. What went wrong?

I have tried to bake them longer but they still turned out deflated.

Or, do I need to bake them at a higher temp.

Please help. Thanks again. You can email me at angeliakan@gmail.com

Cheers,
Angelia

Wow Yochana, what delightful looking tarts. I must say out of this world too! Did u use any special moulds to bake the tart shells?

Hi Angelia,

You know I bought a lot , a lot of silicon moulds but I regretted buying it.

I don't like the colour and texture after baking. Honestly speaking, the aluminium type is better. The colour is better.
Nothing to do with your baking.
