You know I bought a lot , a lot of silicon moulds but I regretted buying it.
I don't like the colour and texture after baking. Honestly speaking, the aluminium type is better. The colour is better. Nothing to do with your baking.

Inside is ground almonds, flour, eggs, sugar, orange filling and jam. Not very sweet tho.

Hi Lucy,
I have a question about using those silicone cupcake mold.
I observed that the cupcakes are slightly deflated (sunk in) as compared to those baked in regular cupcake mold. What went wrong?
I have tried to bake them longer but they still turned out deflated.
Or, do I need to bake them at a higher temp.
