Hi Aunty Lucy,

Is this the one you got from Seoul Mart? If it is, what is your verdict on the difference between this and the QQ flour from HK? Just curious only. Warmest regards, Chris

Wow! This bread looks tasty. I've been searching everywhere for a good Glutinous Rice Flour Bread Recipe, but all of the one's out there use a premix. Do you make your from scratch? If so, could you please post the recipe? Thanks

Hi silverock,

I also used premix. Did you notice the plastic at the background? this is from Seoul Mart at Parkway Parade.

Hi Chris,

Appearence wise, this looks better but taste wise, Florence's mochi taste better.

The one from Seoul mart is not as soft as Florence's. Florence's mochi when microwaved, is very very soft with a nice sweet taste. Anyway, this one from Seoul Mart is not too bad either although (when it's hot, it's crispy on the outside) I prefer Florence's.
