Hi Aunty,

I too requested for the cranberry steam cake.
Aunty, how did your steam cakes smile so nicely? I made 3 times on the sweet potato Fatt Kou but they did not smile like yours. Please the ways on doing it.

Tks...FlorenceK

Aunty, the cakes look so soft and fluffy.Love how you managed to get them to open up like a flower in bloom.Beautiful.Another successful bake,Aunty.
May I enquire the source of the gold bar cheesecake you posted yesterday, as I would like to try to emulate your succesful bake.was it from a blog or recipe book,if latter title and author please.
Thanks and have a lovely day.

Hi Florence,

I think it's your steamer problem. You need big steamer with high heat.
