  7. Hello Aunty, just amazed by how you always manage to create that special one-of-a kind finishing touches on your cakes..Clap-Clap!!
    Really like your version of this cheesecake. Is the sides made the same way as the strawberry mouse delight? it sure requires much expertise when piping the two different batter into the pan. Do you pipe one batter first and then fill in the gaps with the other colored batter? when I made mine the batter was not thick enough to stay in place to leave the empty space in between rolls? what's the trick Aunty?? Is the top layer of this cheesecake mango puree mixed with gelatin? Thanks for your advice - Anita

    I piped in straight lines instead of the slanted version. Yes I piped one colour first then fill in the gaps with the other.

    top is Mango Pudding.
