Aunty,I made buns without any fillings last sat.Buns're quite hard to chew.I've no choice to eat all myself:(How do I make it soft?

Hi Di,

Your buns sounds like under knead. You have to knead till it's soft, smooth and pliable. Do the window test. Pinch some dough then stretch it. If it doesn't tear and you are able to stretch into a transparent sheet, then it's ready.

I never buy Puff pastry. I normally make my own. More fresh and more crispy.
