hi! can i ask when do u put those rainbow sprinkles on the buns? cos i haf these really pretty rainbow dotties that i wanna put ontop of my muffins, bt when i sprinkle them on top of my batter, after it comes out frm the oven, they kinda disappear and those that remain, all so dull and all! help!
i jus gt to say that im really amazed at all ur creations! never fails to make me drool!
You see , when you place you muffins into the oven, the batter becomes watery as the sugar and butter melts down, so the sinking of the sprinkles are bound to happen unless your batter is very thick.
i see! so the only way to get the sprinkles all up, wld be to use a frosting and set the sprinkles with them?
im a beginner so all i have made so far are muffins and cookies! wld love to try out ur bread recipees soon! thanks for your help and do keep posting those recipees when u haf the time!

Hi evelyn,
ReplyDeletehahaha...so funny.

For Buns, it's different. It won't sink.

Hi Aunty,
ReplyDeleteWhat do you glaze your bun with that makes the colour so golden. Can you share the recipe for the glaze. Thanks.
Evelyn
