Dear Aunty Yochana,

I'm curious as to where you get the inspiration for all the brilliant recipes!

Kindly provide me with the easiest chocolate cake recipe using melted chocolate. I can't seem to get the proportion right!

Thank you very much!

Hi Janice,

For agar agar and instant jelly , there's no particular brand. I normally buy the loose form from those shops that sells bakery stuff. For agar agar powder, you can use rose brand which is easily available in most supermarkets.

Oh I love the Ghee Hiang Tau Sar Piah in Penang. Really Thumbs up!!

Wow. I like the look of these. You should consider opening up your own bakery one day.

Hi janice,

Thanks for your kind offer on the tau sar piah. No worries...don't trouble yourself.

my email address: yochana2001@hotmail.com

Konnyaku jelly is made from a kind so sea weed which is actually good for health. It works with citric acid and very nice and chewy.

Instant Jelly - no brand leh. This actually helps to set the mixture but won't be chewy.
