Another recipe with cranberry, great! But hope this time you will grant me this request to post the recipe as I had request a couple of times on your recipes with cranberry but it never happen.

Fill up your tin with water then weigh the water. e.g. if it's 500 gm., Weigh the same amount of dough and put into the tin to rise. It normally will be just nice for the tin. Try this method and do let me know if you succeed in it.
