  24. Hi aunty,

Before I can improve on my baking skills, now you're tempting me to try my hands at choc making. So cruel you! hahaha

Your chocs really look too good to be eaten. Do you really need all these gadgets to make the chocs? I thot simply just melt the chocs in a double boiler and pour into the moulds and viola!.....homemake chocs! hee....I'm really so naive!

  25. Hi jenny,

Tempering is a very important part of the whole process of making chocolate. If you don't temper, they won't set and become shiny.

  30. Hi again Aunty Y,

Can you ask Mrs Ho Kang Tow if she'll be my friend? Mr Teo BP very sek chui, is not accepting my invitation to come visit.

I have a good reason - my oven conked out with two loaves of organic wholemeal bread half done inside! I was lamenting over it, so thought I'll cheer myself and check what you've made today.

Will be in sg later in the month!

    Cheers!
