you buy alkaline water from Sun Lik and Kwong Cheong Thye.

Your chocolate topping look so thick n delicious,may i know what chocolate you are useing?

1 more Q,what is the different between cooking chocolate n coverture?

Hi C.C.

Couverture chocolate is more tasty than compound chocolate. We also have the Glazing chocolate which sets faster but not as tasty the couverture.

I use a variety of chocolates and I do my own mixing depending on what I'm making.

For ganache, I normally mix Carma chocolate with Varlhorna or Michelin and sometimes Fechlin.
