i tried your basic sponge cake yesterday, and it was great!! soft and fluffy and not dry at all!

actually, i feel it is not nice of me to make recipe requests (you are already very generous to share so many recipes) - but seeing your cakes makes me drool - would you mind sharing your mud cake and the black forest pudding recipe?
