Good morning,

Is the glaze a mixture of icing sugar and milk ? Or icing with water? What is the proportion? Tks.

Hi Kium,


You can either use water or milk. Sieve icing sugar into a mixing bowl and drop in the water or milk by teaspoon to the consistency that you like. Sometimes I use egg white and lemon juice too.
