Hi Rei,

I remembered that I got this recipe from Kitchen Capers but forgot who posted it.

Guess must be you. It's not bad actually, a bit sourish because of the lemon and the sour cream tho. Texture wise is O.K. because normally with lemon, the pocket of holes in the cake will be slightly bigger because of the acidity of the lemon. Overall, it's soft and spongy.

Hi Aunty, many thanks for the feedback. Really appreciate it. :) I adjusted the amount of sugar for my parents who can't take stuffs too sweet. Maybe those who want to try might want to up the sugar a little. Thanks Aunty for trying out the cake.
