I must say that you're fantastic if your watermelon comes out like a watermelon. It's quite difficult to make this.
Tastewise is just so so to me but the aesthetic is SUPERB. It's so beautiful and especially if it's placed on a party table.

Toffee cheesecake? I think they use "Dulce De Leche" as toffee. I've eaten it before nor bake one before.
