Hi Aunty,

Your rolls always turns out perfect. when i tried to roll mine, its always not tight enough.
Plus, the skin always came off. Is it common aunty? Or is it due to insufficient baking time?

Hi Nur,

You're a beginner so rolling a swiss roll is a chore. If the sponge is not properly cooked, the skin will come off easily. If it's overbaked, it cracks easily. You have to practice a few times...
