SRF is a premix flour with leavening agent added in like baking powder and b. of soda. They can be used for baking all types of cakes like cupcakes or even cookies. It's easier to use SRF then plain flour because you have to add in baking powder and b. of soda yourself.
I love to look at yr pictures, they are simply wonderful, delicious and inspire me to bake. However, I couldnt find all yr recipes in yr website, esp the new ones posted in this month. Will you update the recipes later or I need to get it from you?
I would love to have yr recipes for Mudcake and cream cheese tart cake.
thank u so much for your reponse. now i know that need to use gelatine to set the cheesecake. how i wish you are near my house. can take classes from you so that can at least pick up some of your superb skills. i must visit your blog everyday first thing in the morning... diana
