hello aunty,

This is the famous biscuit found in Hokkaido right! If I'm not wrong it's called bai se lian ren...Woah aunty you've been baking quite alot!!! So many yummy pictures being uploaded:)

I'm thinking of making a rich choc cake for someone's bday...is there any simple and nice one you can suggest? I was thinking of trying choc mousse!

cheers:)

Hi ting,

Ya...it's also called Shiroi Koibito. This recipe can be found in Alex Goh's book "Tempatation of Chocolate".

Try the Steamed Moist chocolate cake. It's simply divine...

For mousse, just make chocolate optima sponge. Cream it with chocolate mousse.

Hi Aunty,
