Hi Aunty,

Does bread dough take a longer time to prove in the evening than day time. How does you manage to cope with that?

Hi Nina,

This Orange Bread recipe is from KC (Kitchen capers) by KWF. Are you a member there? You can get the recipe there.

It's really fluffy and tasty.

Hi Liying,

Our weather in SG is really hot so even when i make it in the night, it doubles it's volume with ease.

So don't worry...just go on and make your bread.

Hi aunty, did u use a pullman pan without the cover for this? May I ask where did you get this non-stick version? I'm looking for one...

Hi Yuri,

I bought it from Phoon Huat. They have both the open one and the one with a cover (sandwich loaf pan). For this orange bread, I used the open pan.
