Dear Aunty Lucy,

Are you giving classes for macaroons or those other wonderfully-baked goods of yours?

Please email me tanwawas@hotmail.com. I'll be delighted to be able to learn from you!

Thank you

I just LOVE visiting your blog if ever I need to kick my appetite into gear ! Funnily enough, the pink macaroons reminded me of all the gorgeous confectionery and pastries in Sofia Coppola's movie "Marie Antoinette". And as if that wasn't a clue to where I and my partner live ... let me send you watery-mouthed greetings from Los Angeles !

Hi aunty, your beautiful macarons are just so nice to admire. Did you use colouring for them? What is the filling? I would like to try them one day but still have no courage yet. Can you share the recipe with me at weevivien@hotmail.com? Tks.

Hi
Vivien,

The filling is Caramel Fleur de sel atht outer ring and the inner ring is "Fluellitine hazenut paste".
