No it's not the same. Hakka See Pan uses Glutinous Rice flour.

Hi aunty yochana
On Dec22 2006, you had made steam hakka xi ban. Is the recipe the same with this one " Hakka See Pan".If it is different can U share it with us? I have make the steam hakka xi ban previously. Instead of rubbing palm with cornoil,I have use glutinous rice flour as I read from one reviewer that the dough was too sticky after adding oil. I am happy with the results. However I always looking for better results if possible. If this hakka see pan recipe is different from the one you make on dec 22 2006, which recipe you prefer? Thanks!
