Hi aunty im diana. i made this last year when my fren brought a copy of the recipe from Indonesia. it is not so tasty - very dry . maybe my mixing . i will email u the recipe i have . maybe u can see where i went wrong. thanks..regds diana.

Hi Xan and Diana,
Egg white lapis are normally dry compared to the normal lapis using egg yolks. Though it's dry, it still taste nice with a cup of coffee.

this certainly seems alot more healthy that the usual egg yolk-laden lapis. ;)
