what exactly is feuilletin? as in what flavour is it? the macarons look gorgeous! i've been looking for macarons recipes that are not the typical chocolate ones. this looks yummy. can you share it? billaspearz@hotmail.com
Your French Macaroon is very tempting. I've always wanted to try making some myself but haven't found enough courage and confidence yet. Wish you could share your recipe with us all. It might help me gain some confidence in trying it myself....

Oh how lovely. Is it difficult? I am sure it is not to YOU, but hmmm
Hi fiona,
feuilletin is a kind of crunchy cereal used as a filling for cakes. Normally mix with praline paste or nutella.
It's very very nice to eat - very crunchy and I love the taste of hazelnut.

Aunty Yochana, could you tell me how you kept your macaron pastry so round and regular, please?
Thanks in advance!
Hi Beau Lotus,
When you pipe with a round plain nozzle, it will come out round and even.
