They have the aluminium ones in USA but I got mine when one of our forum friend's brother got it for me in Bangkok. - non stick type not the aluminium type.
So happened that a friend gave these pans / moulds to me as a gift but to date I have not used it - not sure how to. Could you please advise how this works ? Do I leave the dough in the moulds to proof or proof first then stuff it into the mould ? If so how "full" does one stuff it ?? Completely mystified !! Also, how long does one bake this ? Does one need to grease the mould first ?? Would truly appreciate if you could enlighten me .

Thanks for the information aunty. My friend went to Bangkok last year, but she could not find them. I'll keep looking out. Adeline

Hi jocye,
Mould the dough then put into the mould. Let it proof and double in size till 3/4 way then close with cover and bake for 25 - 30 mins.
