Black Forest Strawberry

Thanks Riana and Weliana for the books. Without you guys, this cake will not be possible. The chocolate sponge cake is only using egg white, no egg yolks at all. I'll be having fun making cakes, using up all my egg white.

















Korean Strawberries....I love it. It's really juicy and sweet.

yes..i do have lotsa of egg whites..dunno wat to do with it.tried making angel cake but turned out to be a disaster..

Aunty, how did you do the sides (shaven chocolates)? I literally threw choco on mine and it was patchy, at best.

Are you local? if you are, you can buy this book "Malaysian Layered Cake" by Vickie Chieng. She has all the lapis there and it's a non-failure book. I would highly recommend this book to you.
