Anuty,
can i know why the side of yr cake is so nice & neat? Did you trim off to show the lines? Mine was ugly as the sides tends to be higher and gap fr. the side when after each layer baked.

Hi ak,

Normally I don't trim off but for this cake I trimmed of a little to show the design - very little only. You can see that my cake at the side are all still intact.
When you put in the design, make sure it's tight so that it will not have gaps.

Dear Yochana

Thank you so very much for sharing with us & also the DHL answering to our Qs.

I am sure to get hold of that book.

In fact, I've tried Popular but no findings. Will comb all the book stores then.

Best regards
Fansi
