Hey!

Your bakes look really really yummy! Anyway, I will be raising funds for my cca at the beginning of next year because we intend to set up a mini-scale scientific library (I’m from National Junior College by the way); so I was wondering if you’d be willing to sponsor some of your bakes for us to sell and raise funds so that the library can come to fruition (: Every little contribution will be greatly greatly appreciated!

Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries or should you require further clarification at laiyanlingcatherine@hotmail.com or 90273206.

Looking forward to your reply!

Merry christmas to you. I have hours of enjoyment of seeing your recipes. I tried your banana walnut cake and it is very easy. Succeed in making. I had a new oven, wanted to test my oven temperature. Got it successfully. Thanks.

Hi Halimah,

Try Lau Choy Seng and Sia Huat at Temple Street or you can also try Sun Lik at Seah street. I bought mine from Toa Payoh - Chef Warehouse.

Hi Catherine,

I would love to sponsor my bakes. It depends on which day and when. I might be busy but I will try my best. You can email me at: yochana2001@hotmail.com to confirm the date. Oh...I forgot to add that you have to pick it up from my house.

Hi Yochana,
I came upon your blog 1 week ago, and instantly I love it, it become a must for me everyday. I have also tried a numbers of your recipes, it was easy to make and a succeed. Thumb up to you.

I love anything make from mango, so can I have this recipe please please?

By the way, some of your recipes ask for gelatine power or sheet, can we substitute with others, because of religious belief. Gelatine power or sheet is make from beef skin. I like to try your Heart Jelly.

Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance!

Hi Carol,

I've not thought of it before but I'm just wondering if you can change the jelly heart recipe. Instead of using gelatine powder , you might be able to use Konnyaku jelly instead. I think it's possible tho I've not tried. Agar- agar is not possible because it will not stick to the cheesecake.
