Garlic Sugar Bread

HI anonymous,

this is easy. Just make garlic butter - mix butter with garlic. Then add in a pinch of salt, some chopped parsley. Spread onto barguette and then sprinkle some coarse sugar on top. Bake till golden...crispy and yummy.

oh ic.. but what's the proportion of butter and garlic to use?

I just agak agak only. Roughly use 1/4 cup of butter with 1 tsp. of chopped garlic , pinch of salt and some chopped parsley.
