Your swissroll looks so perfect! I just tried your Sugar Roll recipe today and I did not managed to roll it up as it started to crack along the way. :( Do advise me on what went wrong Aunty Yochana! I followed your steps very clearly, but I think I might not have folded in the corn oil properly. The cake turned out a little coarse though it is soft to the touch. I'm so upset by the result and I'm going to try making it again!

you can buy blueberry pie filling from sun lik or phoon huat. I think cold storage and ntuc do sell them too.

You can sandwich them with either fresh cream or buttercream but I used buttercream.
