I just tried your Sugar Roll recipe today and I did not managed to roll it up as it started to crack along the way. :( Do advise me on what went wrong Aunty Yochana! I followed your steps very clearly, but I think I might not have folded in the corn oil properly. The cake turned out a little coarse though it is soft to the touch. you can buy blueberry pie filling from sun lik or phoon huat. I think cold storage and ntuc do sell them too.

You can sandwich them with either fresh cream or buttercream but I used buttercream.
