  2. i made prune butter cake last week using the egg white separate method..not as fluffy as expected and also the top brown surface tends to peel off when cut.. Do u know the cause?

    Could be due to too much butter or baking powder.

    Used any butter cake recipe, then pipe the blueberry pie filling on top.
