Wow, banana! brownie! chocolate fudge!
Best of all, use egg white only!
I always end up with so much egg white in the fridge and they normally end up in the drain...
& it will be a great treat for CNY too.
Aunty Yochana, pls share with us this receipe...
Cheers

Hi Lucy
U measured this recipe in 'cup',may I know :
1 cup flour = ? gm
1/3 cup cocoa pwd = ? gm
1/4 cup milk pwd = gm
1 cup sugar = gm
1/4 cup buttermilk= ml
Next, the toppings just use melted chocolate n pour on top to set ???
Sorry to ask this, because I hv never used any kind of toppings for my cakes before.
Thanks.
Catherine
Hi Catherine,
You can use your cups to measure. Just scoop the flour and give a shake to level it and that will do.
1 cup of flour / cocoa pwd / milk powder = 145 gm.
1 cup of sugar = 200 gm
1/4 buttermilk = 63 gm

hi lucy
Thank you so much for yr quick response.
By right, this hour I should already be sleeping, now I am still browsing thru yr interesting and informative blog.
Oh ya, u forgot to let me know about the topping - is it just melt the chocolate n pour on top of cake to set.
THanks
Catherine
Hi Catherine,
I poured Ganache on top. I forgot which ganache I used so i didn't post it. You can use any ganache recipe.
e.g 200 gm. whipping cream with 250 gm. chopped chocolate + 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
Microwave for 40 secs then stir till smooth.
