It's always so nice to check into your blog everytime and see those lovely cakes, kueh etc posted by you but i am sure all of us are desperately or rather hoping that you could include the recipes as well with each posting. Please dont let us salivate here looking at pictures only! hehe!

Hi Lilian,
Fresh cream and whip cream are the same. I use "Elle Vie" for Dairy whip cream which contains 35% fat and "Pour N Whip" or "Value Pride" for non dairy whip cream. All these cream can be bought from Sun Lik.
