Yes I used fresh durian mixed with whipped cream.

Hi Lilian,

Fresh cream and whip cream are the same. I use "Elle Vie" for Dairy whip cream which contains 35% fat and "Pour N Whip" or "Value Pride" for non dairy whip cream. All these cream can be bought from Sun Lik.
