hi sl,

I can't recall which recipe. Can you click onto the brownie that you baked and I'll go through the recipe. I have a sweet tooth btw. If you find it too sweet, the only advise is to cut down the sugar.

Awesome!

This is a very clever creation, chocolate and peppermint in the luxurious lapis cake...
Surely it tastes as good as it looks. Good job.

Hi Beebee,

Use cake flour instead of Hong Kong flour. It's no problem.

Hi Aunty,
I would like to try your buttercream frosting on cupcakes, but do I leave it in the fridge or at room temperature after frosting n decorated on the cakes?

Rgds,
sf

Aunty Yochana said...

hi sf,

You can keep at room temperature for many many hours unless your room is too hot and starts to turn oily. If it does happen, just chill it in the fridge and it will set again.

You MUST create a recipe book. It would be a best seller; you are already internationally famous - I DROOL over these confections. You're fabulous, Auntie !
