  2. hi sl,

I can't recall which recipe. Can you click onto the brownie that you baked and I'll go through the recipe. I have a sweet tooth btw. If you find it too sweet, the only advise is to cut down the sugar.

  15. Hi Beebee,

Use cake flour instead of Hong Kong flour. It's no problem.

  18. Hi Aunty,
I would like to try your buttercream frosting on cupcakes, but do I leave it in the fridge or at room temperature after frosting n decorated on the cakes?

  19. hi sf,

You can keep at room temperature for many many hours unless your room is too hot and starts to turn oily. If it does happen, just chill it in the fridge and it will set again.

  24. You MUST create a recipe book. It would be a best seller; you are already internationally famous - I DROOL over these confections. You're fabulous, Auntie !
