OMG! You never fail to amaze me... it's really expensive just getting the mould! I really am amazed by the tons of bakewares you have! Are the cakes just using simple sponge or butter recipe?
Seriously Lucy [decided not to call u Aunty as I think you are not that old, as I recalled reading somewhere u'r < 50] - you should conduct classes with your expertise! I am sure you have many keen supporters out there waiting to sign up! I will be one of them!
Have you ever try Vpost service from USA ? I reckon will be cheaper than UPS 。Is also an alternative way for those merchant who do not ship out of USA address.
I'm still thinking about conducting classes. I used to conduct classes years back but now I'm so lazy to do that. Perhaps I will try again soon. I will put into my blog if I decide to conduct classes.
I just agak agak only. I sift some icing sugar into a bowl, add about 1 tsp. of egg white at a time and a few drops of lemon juice. At first it looks very dry and stiff but as you stir , it becomes soft. If it's too soft, add in a little more icing sugar and if it's too stiff, add in a little more egg white. Add a dot of colouring and mix and then pipe onto the cakelets.

Hi Aunty Yochana
Pls share the recipe.
Perhaps, we can try using other moulds since we can't have the unique mould like yours.
Really amazed by your baking.
