Hi Aunty Yochana!

Are these donuts baked or fried? They look like they're baked! But I notice some really round ones without holes so I'm wondering...
:)

Jasmin

Hi Aunty,

How did you shape the doughnut? Did you use a special mould or just by hand? Looks like a perfect round shape.

Thanks,
Indi

Potato Flake doughnuts! That's interesting! Lucy, how's the taste & texture? Will it stay soft the next day? Is it easy or tedious/difficult to make? If it's easy, do you mind sharing the recipe?

Thanks & regards.

Auntie, do you have the donut recipe posted somewhere? I tried Peony's but didn't turn out. Maybe the dough was too thick? I should maybe add more liquid.

hi singairishgirl,

Normally baked donuts does not taste better than a fried donut.
You can a little more liquid if the batter is too thick.

Hi Indi,

I have a lot of donut cutters but i never use them. What I do is to use a metal round cutter, cut out the round shape and then use a smaller cutter to cut out the middle hole.
