Are these donuts baked or fried? They look like they're baked! But I notice some really round ones without holes so I'm wondering...

Normally baked donuts does not taste better than a fried donut.
You can a little more liquid if the batter is too thick.

I have a lot of donut cutters but i never use them. What I do is to use a metal round cutter, cut out the round shape and then use a smaller cutter to cut out the middle hole.
