Hi Aunty Yochana,

Whenever I baked cookies, the side tends to be crispy and the centre soft. Also, the cookies tends to spread out and become flatten!

Aunty Yochana please advise how u achieve the cookies after baking still "thick like a ball"? Thanks.

Regards.

Hi anonymous,

Do not bake your cookies at too high tempertaure. Depending on what cookies you are baking...lower down the temp, bake longer and the cookies will have a nice even colour and it will also become crispy.
