Minimum of how many people to start a class? Can I also make a suggestion that you post your baking class on your blog? That way easier for us to know as and when you decide to conduct lessons. Help ! the Fookchow mooncake in alan's book (pg56),is the butter oil req for water skin refer to melted butter ? was not able to figure that out .
btw, it seems that salted egg yolks are rarely avble now, which mkt could possibly obtainable?

That recipe - butter oil is melted butter.
I bought my salted duck eggs for 50 cts each at my regular egg vendor at Jalan Kayu.
