I don't have the patience to pour one layer and wait for it to set before pouring the next layer... How did you make the triangle part? gosh...I hope somebody who got the same problem can help you out. As for me, I use all sorts of gelatine.

I used a 'V' shaped mould.

You could substitute gelatine with agar agar powder. However as the setting power of both may be different, you may have to experiment a bit with the amounts required in your recipe. One good thing about agar agar is that it can set at room temperature unlike gelatine. HTH.; August 03, 2007 8:12 pm
