Hi Aunty,
I am LiYing. I love your cakes and creations. I did try some of your recipes, like Lemon Yoghurt Muffins, Butter Cream and Chiffon cakes. My family and neighbours love them very much. Although my Chiffon cakes were not as perfect as yours but I am contented. I have a few questions to ask you. Is it you used Chocolate Topping Cream for your Chocolate Hazelnut Cake? For the Butter Cream can I use Glucose Syrup (bought from Phoon Huat) instead of boiled suger syrup? Do I have to boil the syrup first?

Hi Yochana

Is there anything you can't bake? Absolutely impressed with you over and over again.

Hi Liying,

For butter cream, use the boiled sugar syrup and not the glucose syrup. This method is called the Italian meringue method.

For my chocolate hazelnut cake, it's a mousse not a a topping cream.

Hi Lipka,

It's okay with me or you can put in the link so that they can come over to get the recipes too.

I'm new to your blog and I must say that you are really talented and creative!

Your cakes and mooncakes etc are awesome!

I'm rather new to baking. Can I just check with you where can I find this recipe for this cake?

Thanks for your help!
