If you are selling your doughnuts, I'm sure the Q at your "bakery" will definitely be longer than the Doughnut Factory at Raffles City :)

Dear Aunty,

May I know, how do you glaze the doughnut? Do you use white egg with icing sugar? Never try this method. Normally, I just coat the doughnut with chocolate or sprinkle with sugar. If you don't mind, can I have the recipe? TQ.

can advise if can bake instead of frying? too fating ..i can't find bake recipe for d.nut

Hi akresource,

all doughnut recipes can be baked instead of frying except that it will taste more like bread rather than doughnut. It's the oil that makes a donut taste like donut.

Hi ann,

the glaze is just 1 cup icing sugar with 50 gm. butter, stir then add in about 50 gm. of hot water.
