Hi ann,

this is a different recipe from the one I've posted. The filling is "marshmallow cream filling" and poured with chocolate glaze. Decorated with soft peppermint candies.

Rachael,

I used marshmallow and it's even better if you can find peppermint flavour marshmallow cos it goes very well with the chocolate cake.

Hi Lucy,

Is the marshmallow cream a ready-made type in a jar or can it be made from scratch by using the marshmallow candies? Thanks :)

HI May,

I really don't know whether there is such a cream called "marshmallow cream", hope somebody can help over here. What I did was to melt the marshmallow (those that are store bought) in my microwave oven and mix it with butter cream...

Dear Yochana,

I bought this in the US - it comes in tubs (like those tall yogurt tubes). Have not seen it elsewhere, also probably because I wasn't on the lookout for it. It is sort of cotton-ny and very light, too sweet for my liking.

Regards,
Joyce
