is the cake flour, superfine flour, supersoft flour,hong kong flour and the waterlily flour the same? or wat's the diff?

is this popovers recipe is the same like cream puff?

Those are not the real popovers mould. I used my madeleine moulds to do it. My popover moulds are in my nephew's friend's hse in Boston.

Lucy, these are madeleine moulds? I thought nadeleine moulds are very shallow like the ones in Delifrance. If use these moulds, then the madeleines will be very big ~ like cupcakes.

You are referring to the scallop shape madeleine mould but these are also called madeleine cup mould.
