Jen,

You can try to make the yam or sweet potato huat kueh. Are you talking about the coconut milk huat kueh?
You can try this recipe from Kuali:

Hi Aunty Yochana, I stumbled upon this blog when i googled for mango cake and I have to say this looks amazing! I would love to have the recipe for father's day this weekend (my dad loves mango), if you don't mind sharing it with me. Many thanks in advance, everything that comes out from your oven looks FANTASTIC!

for Non-dairy whipping cream, I normally refreeze it again. I've been doing this for 2 decades already.

Hi Aunty Yochana,

Nice looking mini cakes you've got! Did you use mini cake rings for this?
Do you have any mini cake rings? May I ask where did you get them from? And could you please tell me how much they cost too?
I want to get mini cake rings, but unsure if Australia is cheaper or Singapore. Thanks!

hi elaine,

I bought mine from singapore but I forgot how much it cost and moreover I don't know whether Australia sells this , so unable to give you any advice.
