hi aunty lucy, i tried making green tea macs today but the colour was very dark green like alfafa green...LOL
Did u used the same recipe 4 yr macha macs because i subsitute the cocoa powder with 60 gm of green tea which i think is a lot hor.

Did u used buttercream filling for yr coloured macs. Can u kindly share a basic buttercream for macs.

thank u

sue,

60 gm. of matcha powder is too much. 1 Tbsp. will do and if it's not green enough, add in some green colouring.

Aunty Yochana,

I've finally tasted macarons from Bakerzinn. Yummy!

It's sweet but nice. Gosh, it's very expensive too. $1.50 a piece.

Haha.. wonder if you take any orders?

didally,

it will be more costly to take a cab to pick up from my place, so it's not worth it.

yeah...S$1-50 is really too expensive. So better make yourself lah...cheaper that way.

OMG... J'adore macarons! Now I wondered if you ever think of conducting cooking class? Hmmm... what about podcast or video? I agreed with Didally... only problem for me was the distance. Hence, podcast/video is a welcome solution... ;-) Thank you Yochana for the macaron recette!
